Hide and Hook
2012
Hide and Hook was commissioned for the Force of Nature exhibition at Millennium Galleries, Sheffield. A show that brought together a host of historical and contemporary work, cataylysed by John Ruskin’s ideas on portraying the landscape.
Hide shows the skin of a bullock, stripped after slaughter. The bill hook was my Grandads hedging tool.
