Bromley House Library in Nottingham, wanted to bring its members into close relations with an artist and enable work to be produced that demonstrated the challenges, relevance and importance of their archive and building. Developed with the library and 5 Leaves Bookshop, in support of these aims, my year-long residency led to a series of library based works, interventions, workshops and talks, all on the theme of Refuge.
